Highlights for 18 Months (FY24/25 and H1 FY25/26)

    • With 3,005 staff as of September 2025, our headcount has increased by 10% compared to FY23/24; whereas the percentage of women slightly decreased to 22%, compared to 23% in FY23/24.
    • 23% of management positions are held by women as of September 2025, stable compared to FY23/24.
    • Our incident frequency rate held at 1.8 incidents per 200,000 hours worked across both FY24/25 and H1 FY25/26, an increase from 9 in FY23/24, reflecting enhanced incident reporting and tracking systems introduced in 2024.
    • We delivered 1,689 hours of training to our employees over the 18-month period.
